We change our sleeping position 20 times a night, wake up on average around 28 times without realizing it and consume 60 calories per hour in the process. Slimming down - sounds like a dream, but it's actually true!

Every second German sleeps badly. Women are even more restless than men! According to experts, the reason is YOUR bed neighbor. The opposite is said to be true for HIM: a man sleeps much better with his partner by his side.

No matter how tired you are - never go to bed with make-up on! Together with sebum and dirt, it mixes to form an insulating layer that clogs your pores and prevents your skin from regenerating at night.
