Hand care: Well creamed is half the battle
Because the hands have few sebaceous glands, they are quite thin-skinned and sensitive to cold, wet temperatures outside and warm, heated air inside. Gloves and frequent hand washing put additional strain on them.
Care tips for hands: apply cream well after every contact with water. Care with almond, sesame or avocado oil replenishes moisture deposits. Don't forget the cuticles. And knead your fingers vigorously when applying cream - it's wonderfully relaxing.
Walking well: don't forget your feet
Thick socks, winter boots... Now, in winter, our feet are wrapped up cozy and airtight from morning to night. But: Wool and warmth draw grease and moisture from the skin.
Care tips for the feet: To restore some of this moisture, we rely on creams with beeswax, olive oil or urea, which nourish the skin, make it soft and supple and protect it from dryness cracks. If you really want to pamper your feet, apply an extra thick layer of cream in the evening, put on cotton socks and leave it on overnight.
