Super Glow with orange
Mix 3 tbsp natural yogurt, 1 tbsp oat flakes, 2 tbsp grated orange peel. The fruit acid in the orange removes dead skin cells. Gently massage into cleansed facial skin and rinse off.
Massage oil with mint
Mix 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, 1 drop of peppermint oil and 1 drop of lavender oil and use to massage and relax the neck, back and shoulders. The mint refreshes the body and the lavender scent relaxes the mind.
Hair treatment with avocado
Remove the ripe flesh from one or two fruits (depending on hair length), mash and mix with a good dash of olive oil and a small squeeze of lemon juice. The paste nourishes dry hair - apply, wrap with foil, leave on for 30 minutes, rinse out lukewarm.
Shine conditioner with lemon
Squeeze a lemon, filter out the pulp and seeds. Mix the juice with half a cup of lukewarm water. Pour the conditioner over freshly washed, still wet hair and knead in well, leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse well.
Facial toner with aloe vera
Brew 2 teaspoons each of marigold flowers and camomile flowers with 50 ml boiling water, leave to infuse for 5 minutes, strain. Pour both infusions into a bottle with 1 teaspoon of pure aloe vera gel and shake. The tonic hydrates dry skin.
Facial peeling with papaya
Mash a banana and mix with 1/4 mashed papaya. Add a little honey and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Gently massage the mixture into clean skin. The scrub is ideal for dry skin and makes it super smooth.
Mask with raspberries
Mash twelve raspberries with a fork, add 2 tbsp cream and 2 tbsp almond bran and mix in. The face mask works well against impurities in the T-zone, leaving the skin less shiny. Apply to cleansed skin. Remove after 15 minutes with warm water.
Body exfoliation with pineapple
Dice half a pineapple and blend in a blender with 100 ml water. Add 2 tbsp corn flour and 2 tsp olive oil and blend again briefly. Spread the tropical fruit scrub over the body and massage in. Leave on for a few minutes and rinse off with plenty of lukewarm water. Your skin will now feel soft to the touch. If you like, apply lotion afterwards.
