Annoying slipping of the bra straps can initially be prevented by adjusting the length. Sometimes the length also changes during wear due to the composition of the material or heat.

If the straps cut in, in the simplest case they need to be loosened a little. If you have large breasts, a bra with wider straps should help. However, if the underbust band is too wide, the weight will be distributed over the straps.

If the underbust band is too wide, the bra may slip upwards even in the tightest setting. Only a new bra in the right size will help here.

If the underbust band is too tight and cuts in, it can be lengthened with special inserts for the closure.

Finding a bra with an underwire that fits the breast shape perfectly seems to be the most common problem when buying a bra. Most women struggle with underwires that pinch. This is often due to the cup size being too small. If a larger cup size does not help, a smaller underbust band may also help.

If the cup sticks out, it may initially be helpful to tighten the straps. Otherwise, you may need a smaller cup size or a different cut, such as a push-up or balconette bra.
