E.ON prize draw: Take part, do good and win electricity worth €1,000

Advent, Advent, a little light is burning ... Making ourselves comfortable at home in the days leading up to Christmas with atmospheric lighting such as fairy lights is simply part of the experience. But to avoid a nasty surprise on your electricity bill at the end of the Christmas period, you should follow a few simple energy-saving tips: Be sure to opt for energy-efficient LED fairy lights or even solar-powered lights for outside - not only are they beautiful, they're also easy on the wallet.

Take part and win electricity

And what about you? What is your personal fairy lights highlight? Take a photo of it and post it on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #eonchristmaslights - you could win a year's worth of electricity worth €1,000. Anyone can take part, regardless of whether you are an E.ON customer or not. The only important thing is that it is energy-saving LED lighting. What's particularly great is that you can also suggest which charitable organization E.ON should also donate money to.

How to take part

Upload your best fairy lights photo to Facebook or Instagram by January 7, 2018 using the hashtag #eonchristmaslights. The most popular pictures will make it to the final selection and the winning picture will be chosen by a jury.

Along with your picture, write to which organization E.ON should make an additional donation. The total donation amount (1 euro per participating picture) will be divided between the three most frequently named organizations. Good luck!

Participation is open to people aged 18 and over. Employees of Mediengruppe Klambt, their relatives and collective entries are not eligible to participate. Legal recourse is excluded.
