Music show with a world star
In Hamburg's Mehr!Theater, Thomas Gottschalk also welcomes world star Peter Fonda as well as Rowan Atkinson, Uschi Glas, Claudia Roth, Inka Bause, Dagmar Frederic and other surprise guests. As some of them were children of this exciting and thrilling era, they embark on an exciting journey through time and revisit the formative events.
Cross-generational
Even though this evening focuses specifically on the eventful year 1968, the show is still suitable for all generations and the whole family. Children can see what music and artists their parents and grandparents loved and what was going on politically that year. Thomas Gottschalk himself celebrated his 68th birthday this year. ZDF is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the "wild 68ers" with this big Saturday evening show.
