Katja Burkard: Scare on skiing vacation

The Punkt 12 presenter broke her shoulder on her skiing vacation. She announced on Instagram on Thursday that she had overcome the initial shock well. "Could have ended worse," Burkard explained on the platform.

Humorous despite the pain

She also kept her sense of humor and joked: "Unfortunately, this is not my carnival costume, but probably my look for the next 6 weeks." Oh dear, we definitely wish her a speedy recovery and think that we should take her positive attitude as an example. On Thursday evening, Burkard even attended the Vienna Opera Ball - despite her injury.
