What it's all about
When Bernd Tannhofer (Anian Zollner), owner of a small cheese dairy, suffers a breakdown, Dr. Martin Gruber is called to the mountain pasture to help. Was it an epileptic seizure? The cause cannot be found - until Tannhofer's son develops a high fever. Dr. Gruber and his colleagues Dr. Kahnweiler (Mark Keller) and Dr. Fendrich (Rebecca Immanuel) suspect poisoning in both of them. Gradually, however, Dr. Gruber uncovers a monstrous truth.
Meanwhile, his mother Lisbeth (Monika Baumgartner) and his ex-girlfriend Anne (Ines Lutz) take care of the Gruberhof and are busy making plans. Anne will manage the farm in the future and lead her own label "Grubermilch" to success. Martin's brother can finally move in with Susanne (Natalie O'Hara) and their daughter at the inn. But it's not easy for Anne and Martin to keep running into each other.
