Decide to be happy

On a scale of one to ten, how happy have you decided to be today? The question sounds unusual. But our happiness expert Dr. Sandra Boltz knows that we actually make the decision to be happy ourselves.

A well-known quote from the philosopher Voltaire reads "As it is very conducive to health, I have decided to be happy." Science has confirmed this.

When we do something to become happier, we feel better, strengthen our immune system, have more energy, strengthen our relationships and increase our life expectancy.
