Find happiness in everyday life with this question

In conversations, you often hear people complaining. People nag and grumble. And before we know it, we get caught up in the negativity and our mood sinks. How about focusing on the positive instead? Our happiness expert Dr. Sandra Boltz reveals that this can be achieved with a single question.

Even the most boring or exhausting day contains beautiful and memorable moments. We just have to keep them in mind. Instead of dwelling on the annoyances of the day over dinner with the family or a phone call with your girlfriend, why not simply ask the question: What was your highlight of the day? You'll be amazed at how many good things come up and the sense of well-being this creates.

Paying attention to what is good and what we can be grateful for, instead of focusing on the negative, creates real feelings of power and gives us strength and confidence. We strengthen our focus on the good and thus a positive basic attitude.

So ask yourself the same question and think about what good things have happened to you today, even if it was just a small, inconspicuous moment. Even an apparently bad day is not completely bad. Let the small positive moments sink in, enjoy the comforting feeling and do something good for yourself.
Start right away! What was your highlight of the day?
