Finger yoga relaxes you in everyday life

Stress lurks everywhere, and often enough the demands of everyday life upset our inner balance. Our thoughts take a somersault, our emotions ride a rollercoaster and we are completely out of breath inside. Finger yoga helps us to regain inner peace and recharge our batteries. A short exercise is often enough to bring your energy back into balance. These so-called mudras can be performed while sitting, standing, lying down or even walking - the important thing is that you concentrate on them. How long you do the exercise is up to you - it can be five minutes or a whole hour.

Against stress
To begin with, you should massage your hands gently to make the exercises more effective. This is how it works: Place your thumbs under your index and middle fingers, gently press your little and ring fingers against each other and hold. This exercise helps with everyday stress.

Relaxation
This is how it works: The index and little fingers are stretched upwards, the middle and ring fingers are pressed against the thumb of the same hand. With both hands at the same time. This brings calm to the mind and dispels stress.

Strength
This is how it works: This exercise is a little more complicated. The little finger is placed over the ring finger and the ring finger then presses against the thumb. This grip provides strength when you are tired and lack energy.
