Whenever you look at the bracelet today, consciously appreciate and honor everything you have in your life. ... for example, your apartment where you feel at home, your car, the joy of a certain task at work, good friends, health or a freshly stocked fridge.
We often don't even realize how well off we are and how much and what we have. Instead, we are dominated by scarcity thinking and tell ourselves that we don't have enough of everything. That's why today's exercise is about consciously pausing and looking at what you already have instead of always asking: What am I still missing?
Focus your perception throughout the day on all the good things that are part of your life. This appreciative view of the good things triggers a chain reaction so that we notice more and more of them. We enjoy all the positive things more and automatically experience fewer negative feelings such as resentment, jealousy or guilt. Start directly: What do you appreciate in your life?
