You should definitely pay attention to THESE things the next time you go to the toilet!

1. you are sitting incorrectly on the toilet

The toilet bowl is designed so that the upper body and thighs are at a 90-degree angle to each other. It's not for nothing that we are referred to as sitting on a "throne". The fatal thing is that the bowel is bent in this position, which is anything but ideal for defecating. It is better if we squat - the bowel is straight and therefore in an ideal position. Of course, this is not possible with our toilets. But there is an effective trick: put your feet on a stool when you have to do your big business.

2. you push too hard

"Come on!" Do you regularly turn red when doing your big business? You should stop as soon as possible, because pushing too hard not only causes hemorrhoids, it can also lead to bleeding in the rectum. In the worst case, it can even protrude outwards. There is also no reason to push hard when urinating - just relax and let it go, the muscle will do it all by itself!

3. you are not wiping your bottom properly

Ladies in particular should take care now: are you wiping from back to front? Oh, please don't! You're spreading intestinal bacteria all over the pubic area, which can lead to infections in the vagina and urethra. So DON'T do it according to the motto "downstairs is all one", but always wipe feces backwards.
