The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends around 1.5 liters of water per day for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. However, you should not be too strict with yourself. Opinions differ widely on how much to drink, whether more or less. Simply drink according to your personal feeling of thirst and how you feel! This is still the oldest and most proven method.
