Serious message: we are celebrating national "wear something red" day

February 3 is all about a certain color: red sets the tone! Because it is the national "wear something red" day. The holiday originated in the USA and has a serious background. The aim is to raise awareness of heart disease.

"Go Red For Women"

In the USA, National Wear Red Day is traditionally celebrated on the first Friday in February. The American Heart Association and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute have chosen the slogan "Go Red For Women" to draw attention to the prevention of heart disease in women. Women worldwide are encouraged to make appointments with their doctors and get their hearts checked. According to a study by the American Heart Association, one in three women dies from heart disease. It also states that one woman dies every 80 seconds due to heart disease - a figure that is far too high and urgently needs to be reduced.

The red clothing is intended to attract attention. Are you there?
