What do you need for the smoothie?
- 250 g mixed berries (frozen are suitable here)
- 1 small grapefruit (peel and dice)
- the juice of one lemon
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- 4 teaspoons of oat flakes
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
