"It's more comfortable for my shoulders and my back if the weight is evenly distributed," she says, and she's certainly right. The large water bottle is also always a must, because at 1.5 liters, it has enough capacity to last the whole day. "Water is important for moisturizing and circulating the mucous membranes," says Sarah Schütz and knows what she's talking about, because as an actress, singer and speaker, her voice is her most important asset.
