Taking Bach flower remedies: What you should bear in mind

Bach flower remedies are intended to restore balance and inner harmony and positively influence negative character traits when taken appropriately. As soon as the soul can "breathe freely" again, physical and mental symptoms should disappear and illnesses prevented. Moods should also improve significantly.

Depending on requirements, 5 - 20 drops of the appropriate Bach flower mixture are placed under the tongue at least 4 times a day.

Bach flower therapy: preparation of the essences

The essences for Bach flower therapy are produced according to a specific process - traditionally, the required flowers and plant or plant parts are collected during the flowering period and placed in spring water. The water mixture is then placed in the sun - alcohol is added to preserve the flower-plant decoction. The individual flower essences are later extracted from it in highly diluted form.
