Forehead wrinkle
Cannot be avoided with increasing age. This is usually due to weak connective tissue. However, forehead wrinkles are also a sign of liver and bile problems. A high-fat diet can also be to blame.
Puffy eyes
Puffy lower eyelids, also known as bags under the eyes, are a characteristic sign of kidney disease and are usually associated with a grayish-pale complexion.
Nasolabial fold
A whitish discoloration may indicate the onset of cardiac insufficiency. An increased nasolabial fold on the right can indicate liver or gallbladder disease.
Dark circles under the eyes
They are often an indication that the kidneys are no longer working optimally or that the bladder is weak. Additional reddish discoloration indicates inflammation, pale skin is more likely to indicate a problem with the bladder.
Open pores
Can be genetic. However, if they are completely new, this indicates a sodium deficiency or too much acid in the body. Minerals or an alkaline diet can help quickly.
