The therapist or you massage and press the area assigned to the respective body part with your fingers to stimulate blood circulation. If a certain area of the foot hurts, this is an indication to the therapist or you that the body part assigned to it is causing problems.

Regular foot reflexology massage for acute complaints

For both acute and chronic physical complaints, foot reflexology massage should be performed every one to two days and ten treatments should be scheduled. One session costs around 25 euros and is not covered by health insurance. If you are healthy, the massage is also beneficial because it is good for your feet.
