Did you know...
... that it's always better to take two days off training than two years later?
... that you should never run on a completely full or completely empty stomach?
Don't eat too much or too little! It should be around 200 to 400 easily digestible calories before the run. But that's enough.
... that functionality is more important than appearance when it comes to running clothes?
Wear suitable clothing! Use functional clothing that is breathable and keeps your skin dry. Several thin layers of clothing are better than one thick layer.
Listen to your body!
If you feel pain, don't carry on training stubbornly, as minor discomfort can turn into serious injury.
