What do I do if I need to go to the toilet while running?

What if I have to go for a run?
Then find a quiet place and do the unavoidable. Even better: drink and eat in good time before your run. You should have eaten your last big meal two to three hours beforehand.

Why do men tape their nipples?
Quite simply because their nipples are not protected by a tight-fitting bra when running and a loose shirt that gets sweaty can chafe them.

At what rhythm should I breathe?
Rigid guidelines only irritate. Breathing happens automatically when you run. You should just make sure that you exhale forcefully. Your lungs will get the air they need on their own.
