All you need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothes. And the best thing is that you not only strengthen your body, but can also relax a little at the same time. We have made a video for you in which we show you simple exercises that will help you get back on track.

Why yoga of all things?

Yoga is said to help reduce stress, relax and release new energy. The aim is to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Studies also show that regular yoga is good for the heart, lungs and digestive system. But beware: depending on the difficulty of the exercises, you can also work up quite a sweat.

Strength lies in rest

The important thing with yoga is to start slowly. Don't overexert yourself and take a break at the first sign of overexertion. A good sign is your breath: if it can no longer flow calmly and evenly, this could be a sign of overexertion.

But be careful: please note that these are only general tips and exercises. If you have back problems or other health restrictions or concerns, we recommend that you consult a doctor, as idee für mich cannot accept any medical liability.
