Dr. Frank Weinert knows that successful osteoarthritis treatment is based on three pillars: only a combination of regular exercise, a healthy diet for the joints and nutritional therapy will lead to long-term success.

Sport

If you want to do something good for your joints, you should exercise regularly. Ideal: Nordic walking, cycling, aqua jogging or swimming.

Diet

Food should be low in fat and high in vitamins C and E, zinc, copper, selenium and manganese. Your diet should therefore include plenty of fruit and vegetables as well as sea fish.
