Fitness exercises can also be incorporated during working hours

Exercise 1
Take your office chair with castors and push it away from your desk. Now place your feet firmly on the floor in front of you - preferably hip-width apart. Then push the chair to the left and right with your hips. Keep your torso as upright as possible. Repeat this exercise 5 - 10 times.

Exercise 2
Sit on your chair and place your feet on it. Hold on to the table with your hands and use the strength of your arms to push the chair as far back as you can. Keep your head hanging down. Hold the position briefly and pull your body forward again. Repeat 5 -10 times.
