
Don't keep sweets in stock

Consciously enjoy sweets once a day
However, sweets should not be completely banned. Therefore, consciously plan and enjoy something sweet once a day. For this purpose, only have the chocolate bar at home or in the office that is planned.
Be careful with a candy drawer: it is too easily plundered in the next weak second.
