Honey stops cravings and makes you slim!

Healthy cooking and the ingenious sleeping potion with honey make you slim

According to pharmacist and nutritionist Mike McInnes, this slimming drink with honey will help you lose weight. Here's how it works:

1. no-carb day

For quick diet success, a no-carb day at the start ignites the slimming turbo. So start with a day on which you eat 0 carbohydrates.

2. 3 healthy meals a day

After that, things continue in a delicious way, because there are three healthy meals a day: This means with fresh food, lots of vegetables and protein. For example, how about a piece of fish or poultry with a fresh leaf salad or seasonal vegetables? No more convenience products and fast food - of course we already thought of that...

3. satisfy cravings in the evening

McInnes' sleep drink is the key to counteracting dangerous cravings immediately, especially in the evening: just before going to bed, drink a glass of warm water or tea with 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey and possibly a little lemon juice. This will help you sleep soundly and lose weight.

How do cravings arise?

It originates in the brain, and we are absolutely powerless against its desires: cravings. Every diet stands and falls with it, because it is very difficult to trick. Cravings are therefore a mean enemy of your figure, which Scottish nutrition researcher Mike McInnes has also dealt with and for which he has found a solution.

Honey is something special

In contrast to other types of sugar, e.g. from sweets or fruit, the sweetness from honey is diverted directly into the glucose stores of the liver and is not converted into depot fat, the pharmacist discovered. Honey also acts as an appetite suppressant in the brain. Part of his successful diet is therefore to initially ban all other sugars from the household and replace them with honey. It's definitely worth a try!

Why you should never starve yourself

If you starve your body, you run the risk of being unable to eat in moderation later on. You then eat far too much! If you generally eat a lot of calories, you should of course adjust them to your needs. However, radical starvation diets are only advisable under medical supervision, for example in cases of severe obesity. In this case, the doctor can prescribe a form diet, for example. Otherwise, eat a balanced diet and, above all, fill yourself up - with a large portion of vegetables and/or salad at every meal. This way you also trick yourself, because if your plate looks full, you will feel satisfied overall. Or has a half-empty plate ever made you happy?
