Sirtfood diet: what is it anyway?

A few years ago, nutritionists discovered that there are nutrients that stimulate the same slimming genes in the body that are also active during fasting or prolonged exercise. These genes are called sirtuins. And the foods whose nutrients have a sirtuin-activating effect are called sirtfoods. The sirtfood diet is based on them.

In a study, nutritionists Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten tested the effect of sirtfoods. They developed a weight loss method that has the same success as a strict reduction diet, but without side effects such as cravings, irritability and lack of energy. A revolutionary alternative to starvation diets and hours of training. Sirtfoods are exclusively plant-based foods with a particularly high amount of sirtuin-activating polyphenols. They primarily influence fat burning, but also stimulate muscle building and have a positive effect on the body's self-cleansing processes. The Sirtfood diet includes three delicious meals a day with quark, eggs, lean meat, fish and soy products. There are also lots of vegetables and, of course, Sirtfood (see below). These guarantee a unique indulgence factor: because if you like, you can have a glass of red wine with lunch or dinner and a bar of dark chocolate for dessert. And coffee is also expressly encouraged.

The special thing about sirtfood is the secondary plant substances, which increase fat burning enormously because they activate the same slimming genes that lead to weight loss during fasting.
