Avocados have a regulating effect on insulin levels in our blood and can activate fat burning. The unsaturated fats it contains also prevent cravings. Well then, let's make ourselves some delicious avocado toast.

This hot drink contains caffeine. This boosts fat burning. It also boosts the metabolism and burns more calories. Green tea stimulates the conversion of food energy into body heat. The bitter substances contained in the tea also stimulate the burning of fat.
Ginger boosts fat burning
The inconspicuous tuber is full of superpowers and is not only a popular food for colds. Ginger stimulates the metabolism, is good for digestion and ensures that we feel full sooner.
Greek yogurt
Greek yogurt is ideal for boosting fat burning. It contains twice as much protein as conventional yogurt. Thanks to the high protein content, we stay full for longer. So we don't have to worry about cravings.
