Many foods have a positive effect on our body due to their beneficial ingredients. Lemons are rich in vitamin C and good for our immune system, while garlic contains the active ingredient allicin. Among other things, this is said to reduce calcification in the joints and arteries. Together, lemons and garlic make a powerful team that should strengthen us with the cure described below:

The lemon and garlic cure is said to break down calcium deposits in the body, stabilize the cardiovascular system, normalize blood pressure and reduce joint pain. It is also said that garlic cleanses the intestines and helps to break down blood lipids. All good reasons to give the cure a try!

Ingredients for the cure

There are many different recipes for the lemon garlic cure, but the main ingredients are always the same:

  • 1 liter of still water
  • 30 cloves of garlic
  • 3-5 unpeeled, untreated lemons

To avoid boredom, you can supplement the cure with the following foods:

  • a piece of ginger
  • some pepper
  • 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric powder

Preparation

  1. Wash the lemon, cut into quarters and put in the blender with the peel.
  2. Peel the garlic and also put it in the blender.
  3. Pour the contents into a pan with a liter of water and bring to the boil briefly.
  4. Allow the stock to cool slightly.
  5. Then strain the brew through a sieve and pour the liquid into a bottle. Store the concentrate in the refrigerator.

Application: How does the cure work?

It is recommended to drink a shot glass of the mixture every day over a period of two to three weeks. Then take a week's break and start the same procedure again. It is best to drink the tincture directly after lunch or dinner. If you notice that you find it difficult to fall asleep in the evening, drink the concentrate earlier in the day. You can take the cure once or twice a year.
