Tighten your knees, bend them and sleep better

You can even do this exercise when you are already lying in bed: lie flat on your back and pull your knees towards your chest until they touch them. Experienced people can also pull their knees towards their forehead. Wrap your arms tightly around your legs. Hold this position for a moment and repeat it a few times. Breathe in and out deeply. The effect: hips and back relax - and the breathing techniques help to reduce stress. Anyone can try this great exercise in the evening!
