2 Tabata Stopwatch Pro
Have you ever heard of Tabata? This is the basic version of HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training). Interval training is characterized by alternating phases of high exertion lasting 20 seconds with short breaks lasting 10 seconds. This is repeated a total of eight times. Popular Tabata exercises include push-ups, planking, squats, jumping jacks and burpees. The Tabata Stopwatch Pro app can be adjusted to the desired level of difficulty and the Tabata intervals can be individually timed.
The app is free, the Pro version costs 16.99 euros and is suitable for iOS and Android.

The Cyberobics app offers a huge selection of different virtual sports classes. Whether it's strength training, abs, glutes, relaxation, dancing or HIIT - there's something for everyone here. The courses last around 30 to 60 minutes and are demonstrated by the respective fitness professional. An assessment of whether the course is suitable for beginners or advanced users is also included.

4. seven
The Seven app has the advantage of being simple and self-explanatory. Every user can use it, even if they have little experience. The app owes its name to the way it works: The sweat-inducing workout only takes seven minutes. But it is intense! Seven offers various workouts consisting of several exercises. They are demonstrated with the help of an animation, making them easy to imitate. Great for a quick workout that can be regularly integrated into everyday life due to its short duration.
The basic version of the app is available free of charge for iOS and Android. The price for the Pro membership is 9.99 euros per month or 59.99 euros per year.
