Dust, fluff or bread crumbs can easily get stuck between the keys. Simply run the sticky side of a notepad through the grooves of the keyboard: The dirt will stick to it.

It's annoying when dust and mortar trickle onto the floor while drilling. It helps to pin a larger piece of paper to the wall under the area to be worked on and fold it once in the middle. Acts like a dust catcher.
