The perfect bedtime ritual is different in every household, but sleep doctors warn of certain factors that make it difficult or even impossible to fall asleep. 1. sleep disturbances
The blue light from the screen interrupts the release of the sleep hormone melatonin. This leads to problems falling asleep and restless sleep.
2. fire hazard
If the cell phone is under the comforter, it can quickly overheat. Caution: fire hazard. The battery can start to smoulder and set the blanket on fire.
3. hazardous to health
The World Health Organization warns of potentially carcinogenic radiation emitted by our cell phones. According to a study, this can increase the risk of brain tumors in frequent cell phone users by up to 300 percent.
