If the rated company responds to the reviews, this also speaks for authenticity. It shows that the addressee of the reviews is actively addressing the concerns of its customers.

Author profile

Check whether there is a public author profile for a review - ideally with a name and profile picture. If the author also reviews other online stores, there is much to suggest that this response is genuine and not fake.

Bad reviews

Two negative reviews compared to 100 positive ones are of little significance. Read the content carefully!
