Sew your own cosmetic bag: how to do it

First cut two pieces of your desired fabric in 20 x 15 cm. You will also need a zipper 20 cm long.

Place the zipper with the outer side on the right side of the first piece of fabric and pin in place. Place the second piece of fabric with the outer side on the outer edge of the zipper and pin in place.

Once you have threaded the top and bobbin threads of the selected yarn and made the correct settings on the sewing machine, sew the zipper in place on both sides and topstitch again from the outside.

Pin the three open sides together and sew all the way around. Now all you have to do is turn it inside out and your first self-sewn cosmetic bag is ready!
