Of course you can wash your hair with shampoo. But do you know these things you can also do with shampoo?
Besides washing your hair: 4 other things you can do with shampoo
1. clean make-up brushes
Make-up sponges and brushes should be cleaned regularly because they are hygiene products. Not only does the product stick to them, traces of cream and skin oil also contaminate the utensils. To get rid of all this thoroughly, water alone is not enough. Simply use shampoo regularly and your brushes and other items will be as good as new.
2. clean the mirror
Here's a great household tip: after a shower, the mirror is fogged up - especially if you've taken a nice, hot shower. So that you don't have to wait forever until you have a clear view again, put a hazelnut-sized amount of shampoo on the towel and rub the mirror with it. Polish with household paper - clear view!
3. wash off
And another household tip: shampoo is actually supposed to be used to wash the dishes - the surfactants contained in normal dishwashers often leave your hands very dry after washing up - which is of course not great. This doesn't happen so easily with mild shampoos. But it's not just your hands that benefit from the gentle treatment - the dishes even get clean. So if you don't have any washing-up liquid to hand, just try the alternative.
4. washing delicates
Whether it's a fine silk blouse or beautiful lace underwear - these items of clothing are normally washed in the delicate wash program. If a whole wash is not worthwhile, the washing machine is on strike or you want to remove a stain, you can also wash such laundry with shampoo. It is mild but strong enough to do the job.
