Soak the toilet brush
The easiest trick is to soak the brush when you are cleaning the bathroom anyway. Pour some toilet cleaner into the toilet bowl and directly onto the brush and leave the toilet brush to soak in the bowl for 20 minutes. Then rinse and the brush will be sparkling clean again.
Use vinegar
Vinegar is a tried and tested household remedy. Simply pour some household vinegar directly onto the toilet brush and pour it into the toilet bowl. It is best to leave it to work overnight. The next morning, rinse the brush with water and you're done! Vinegar helps against bad odors and the acid it contains even has disinfectant properties.
Use denture cleaner
Put a denture cleaner stick in the toilet bowl and then the toilet brush. Leave everything to work for a few hours or overnight and rinse the brush once the next day. Residue and dirt should now be gone.
