Embark on a fantastic journey of the senses: THE ONE Grand Show

Berlin is one of the most popular city break destinations in the world! And now there's even more reason to visit our capital. Because from September 22, 2016, the prewies (test performances with an audience) will be running for the show premiere of the year: "THE ONE Grand Show" at Berlin's Friedrichstadt-Palast. And on Thursday, October 6, the time has finally come: on the largest theater stage in the world, over 100 artists will take the audience on a dreamlike journey through time. "THE ONE Grand Show" is the search for the one person who means everything to us - THE ONE.

Extravagant costumes by Jean Paul Gaultier

It is a magical show of the senses, the imagination and the boundless creativity of one of the most famous fashion designers of our time: the 500 extravagant costumes for "THE ONE Grand Show" were designed by none other than the world star of Parisian haute couture, Jean Paul Gaultier. Two years ago, Jean Paul Gaultier told Berndt Schmidt, the director and producer of the Friedrichstadt-Palast: "I would love to design for one of the next Palast shows. Designing a revue has always been a childhood dream of mine." To the delight of the audience, his wish was fulfilled.

Emmy award winner takes care of the lighting design

A renowned expert is also responsible for the spectacular lighting design of the 11 million euro show: Emmy award-winner Peter Morse. He has already set the stage for shows by Michael Jackson, Madonna and Barbra Streisand. You too can be surprised by "THE ONE Grand Show" at Berlin's Friedrichstadt-Palast.

The show is scheduled to run until mid-2018. Tickets from 19.80 euros are available in advance at www.palast.berlin or from the ticket hotline 030-2326 2326. "THE ONE Grand Show" runs for two and a half hours including a 25-minute interval.
