Trouble on vacation? How to get your money back

The hotel or other services differ significantly from the package holiday booked? Then holidaymakers can claim money back from the organizer. The right action is required here: inform the tour guide on site and document the defects with photos and videos. If the tour operator refuses to comply, you have four weeks to assert your claims after canceling the trip. The best way to do this is in writing by fax or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
