Narcissists always think of themselves first. They are extremely reluctant to share and if they give something to someone else, it is only because they already have an abundance of it themselves. By the way, giving back for others is also never an option.
He is incapable of criticism
Narcissists avoid every argument because they have no desire to be criticized. As they see themselves as a kind of god, they don't like it at all when someone criticizes them in any way. They react coldly to this and punish their counterpart with complete ignorance, for example. This usually works out well for the narcissist, as the other person is now once again trying to please them, even though the criticism may have been justified. Narcissists are addicted to power. As they place themselves above others, they have little fear of competing with other people and exerting power over them. A narcissist also has no problem exposing or showing someone up. They are ruthless on their way to the top and show no empathy whatsoever. Even in a partnership, the narcissist must always have the upper hand. At first, the lady of the heart is charmingly ensnared and seduced. However, once the narcissist has won the woman over, the tide quickly turns. Under no circumstances should the partner be more popular with other people than he is. If necessary, a joke is cracked at her expense in order to devalue her and make himself look good.
He doesn't listen
He can talk a lot and for a long time: preferably about himself. But when it comes to listening, he quickly takes over the conversation again and tells them that he's been through this before. He is not interested in their concerns, the main thing is that he has an attentive listener who admires him.
