Why can't I come?

For men, the sexual act usually ends with a climax, but unfortunately only very few women can claim the same. This is because only around 30% of women actually experiencean orgasm regularly during sex. It is not known how many women actually suffer from orgasm problems, but it is proven that there are quite a few who have difficulties climaxing throughout their lives.

There are many reasons for this. Whether the orgasm problems have psychological or physical causes is entirely individual. We have summarized seven possible reasons for orgasm difficulties:

1. you wear high heels too often

The wrong shoes make the pelvic floor cramp. Tip: Massage your feet before sex.

2. too much variety

Frequent changes of position prevent your desire from building up. Tip: Stay in a position that you feel comfortable in.

3. no variety

The other extreme: you always have sex in the same position. Tip: Talk openly with your partner and try something new.

4. foreplay is neglected

You're not really getting in the mood or are in pain. Tip: Extend your foreplay and experiment with each other.

5. strange in your own body

You don't know exactly what arouses you. Tip: Masturbate more often and get to know your body and therefore your preferences better.

6 Alcohol and medication

Both can have a negative effect on your libido. Tip: Talk to a doctor.

7. full bladder

A full bladder prevents you from relaxing. Tip: Take a short break. Then you can continue more relaxed.
