The development in old age

Some may say that such a constellation only occurs with celebrities. They are often in the limelight and therefore have to "adorn" themselves with someone younger. But love and sexual attraction is far more than just a piece of jewelry that you take out on the right occasions. It is becoming increasingly common for today's normal woman to feel the need to have a younger partner.

According to a survey by the Mafo Institute, one in seven women in Germany would like to have a sexual partner who is younger than they are. Among women over 40, one in six women even want this. As women get older, their desire for a younger partner also increases. Although the "classic model", in which women prefer an older man and men a younger woman, is still in place, the change is becoming ever more pronounced. Out of around 1000 respondents, a third already stated that an age difference within the relationship is irrelevant.

Only age of interest?

Is age really the only relevant factor when it comes to the need for a younger man? Not by a long shot! Of course, the quality that a younger sexual partner can bring is decisive for many. But for 54 percent of those surveyed, humor was the most important factor in a young partner, followed by a thirst for adventure and a willingness to adapt at 53.6 percent. Only 48.7 percent felt that a young man's attractiveness was important. In comparison: For men, the attractiveness of a young female partner is by far the most important factor (76.7 percent).

But no matter how clear the figures may be, they are never a guarantee of a functioning relationship. If sexual desires are completely fulfilled, but other important factors fall by the wayside, the relationship cannot work. And this is where celebrities come into play again, where you can see that this combination can also fall apart.
