Laura, 44, has been giving fitness boxing classes for two years now and has been happier since then and has found her dream figure.

"I was never really one hundred percent happy with my figure. A few kilos too many on my hips and a lifebuoy around my stomach were simply part of me. I was aware that eating less wouldn't be a long-term solution and it simply didn't work with my new relationship. Who can say 'no' when a passionate amateur chef serves heavenly dishes, not low carb or non-fat, a few nights a week?

Sport is murder

To prevent the tasty pasta from adding to my waistline, I dragged myself to the gym once or twice a week. True to the motto "sport is murder". One evening, I couldn't find any more excuses for my friends and went to a fitness boxing class with them. I stuck it out for an hour and was convinced that this was the first and last time!

I got abs that I would never have dreamed of

But there was something about the Cadio training that got me excited. After a short time, I was no longer attending the class once a week, but three times a week and found it terrible when I didn't have time for it. After two years, I had caught the fitness bug so much that I decided to train for this course format myself.

Sport makes me happy

In no time at all, the excess pounds disappeared, I got abs that I would never have dared to dream of and suddenly had a remarkable level of fitness. I've now been teaching my classes for two years and can proudly say: sport makes me happy!"
