Party snack pizza roses: the recipe
Ingredients
3 large tomatoes
pizza dough
tomato sauce
grated cheese
salami or ham
Preparation
Peel the tomatoes in a circle with a peeler so that long pieces are formed.
Roll out the finished pizza dough and cut into strips. Spread a little tomato sauce on the dough. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Now place the salami slices or tomato peel along the top edge of the dough.
Carefully roll up and close the bottom edge. Place the pastry roses in the cavities of a muffin tin and bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 13 minutes.
