Asparagus is considered the queen of vegetables, as it enhances every dish with its delicate flavor. Classic dishes include asparagus with ham and hollandaise sauce or asparagus with salmon. Asparagus is also healthy and low in calories: 100 g contain just 20 calories, as well as vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, K, E, copper, potassium, folic acid and plenty of aspartic acid.
