
Make your own rum balls
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate coating
- 100 g butter
- 150 g cane sugar
- 100 g almonds
- rum flavoring
- Chocolate sprinkles
Simple recipe for rum balls without rum
Preparation
- Melt the dark chocolate coating and butter slowly in a bain-marie while stirring. When the chocolate is about half melted, add the cane sugar.
- Add the ground almonds and rum flavoring to the bowl and stir in.
- Chill the mixture until it is firm enough to be formed into balls.
- Moisten your hands with a little water to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Shape into balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles.
