  • 115 g cane sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 1/2 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 350 ml milk
  • some butter to grease the waffle iron

Preparation of waffles without egg

1. whisk 125 grams of butter and 115 grams of cane sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 250 grams of flour, 1/2 packet of baking powder, 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar and the seeds of a vanilla pod and mix. Gradually add 350 ml milk.
