
Ingredients for waffles without egg
- 125 g butter
- 115 g cane sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1/2 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 350 ml milk
- some butter to grease the waffle iron
Preparation of waffles without egg
1. whisk 125 grams of butter and 115 grams of cane sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 250 grams of flour, 1/2 packet of baking powder, 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar and the seeds of a vanilla pod and mix. Gradually add 350 ml milk.
3. switch on the waffle iron and grease. Using a portioning ladle, pour the batter onto the surfaces and bake until golden brown.
