12-15 o'clock: Take a break
Time for lunch. Afterwards, a lot of blood flows to the stomach for digestion. The brain and cardiovascular system are therefore running on fumes - time for a break. The risk of accidents is highest at 2 pm.

24-3 o'clock: bedtime

3-7 a.m.: The body detoxifies
Blood pressure is now at its lowest. The lungs and large intestine detoxify the body. The waking phase begins again at five o'clock.
