
Here's how it works:
Below you will find the recipe for the Asian miracle soup. Eat a large plate of warm soup at least at lunchtime and in the evening. In between, you can drink water, tea and vegetable broth or eat another plate of soup. In the morning you can have a vegan breakfast, e.g. boil 250 ml rice or almond milk with 2 tbsp oat or wheat bran, 2 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp oat flakes and leave to swell for 10 minutes. Serve with a portion of fruit.
The detox effect
The vegan soup has an alkalizing effect and deacidifies the body. Plenty of liquid flushes metabolic waste from the body and cleanses from the inside. Both are important for a smooth metabolism. The low calorie content ensures a negative energy balance - the kilos tumble immediately. Caution: The soup diet is not suitable for a long-term diet. The miracle soup works best as a three- to six-day detox cure.
The basic recipe:
For 4 portions:
Cut 250 g of white cabbage into thin strips. Peel and slice 2 carrots. Wash, clean and chop 1 bell pepper, 1 stalk of celery, 1 tomato and 2 spring onions. Wash and halve 100 g mangetout. Chop 1 onion and mix with 20 g ger. Sauté ginger in 2 tbsp peanut oil. Stir in 1 tbsp tomato purée. Then add the vegetables, 1 crushed stalk of lemongrass and 1 liter of vegetable stock or water. Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Season the soup to taste with soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, chili and lime juice.

Fresh extras:
For even more nutrients, wash 1/2 handful of sprouts (you can grow them yourself on the windowsill), chop 2 sprigs of coriander green and sprinkle over the soup.

CELERY The spicy celery has an anti-inflammatory effect. Potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium make you slim.
TOMATO The colorant lycopene is an anti-aging and healthy wonder. Their potassium helps the body to drain.
SPROUTS Depending on the variety, sprouts are particularly rich in vitamins, minerals and valuable proteins.
CHILI & GINGER The pungent capsaicin and essential ginger oils stimulate the metabolism and aid digestion.
Extra tip:
1 teaspoon of cumin makes the cabbage soup more digestible. The spicy seeds stimulate the production of digestive juices.
